This week, I’ll be spinning deep cuts and delivering the stories behind the songs by Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons, Great White, Axe Dragger, Exodus, Judas Priest, and Gary Hoey. In addition, I’ll be playing a “Pure Rock Triple Shot” of requests by Blue Oyster Cult, Metallica and Opeth from 3 fans I met at the Black Label Society concert, as well as the “Pure Rock Curveball Track” of the show by Lagwagon. That’s right, I’m diggin’ for hidden treasures from Classic and New Rock & Metal bands, because I love playing the music that gives all of us the “nostalgic feels”, while also playing the new stuff that hits different!
